Job Description

Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Attendance, Employment data, payroll.
  • Daily Income, Expense and Cash book, Tenants Bill process -Fixed Asset, Current Asset (Registration, Controlling, Ordering, Issue, Checking, repair, Write Off) proceed.
  • Registration & License process – Received and remittance to Ho (Tenant bill, gift voucher, playground dhl, other income) process.
  • Customer service – SSB and Labour office monthly bill process -Daily Cash book and Diesel record process – Diesel ordering process and system filling process.
  • HR Function assist to HO HR – Tenant customer service – Reporting to Center Incharge and related department

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is often preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Must be able to work in Shwe Pyi Thar
